Like many small bakeries and food establishments, Great Lakes Cookies & Confections started as a hobby carried out in a home kitchen. Although officially established in 2013, the cookies baked here have been shared with friends and family over many years. What started as goodies occasionally made for holidays, the workplace and church events led to multiple requests by some for personal cookie orders. With encouragement from those great folks, the idea and formation of GLCC began. While the operation is still small-scale, GLCC is happily serving customers for its fourth season.
